The way to find out who holds your loan is through a securitization audit. You will know if your loan has been securitized (sold into a pool owned by wall street investors) if on your deed of trust it mentions a party like MERS is beneificary or trustee for investors of "XXXX Home Equity Loan Series (YEAR) - (number)" or something similar to that. If it does, then your loan has been securitized and your best option is to do a securitization audit.
This can be costly to get it done professionally, but if you join foreclosurefraudexposed.com you can find out how to do it yourself for free. Hope this helps!

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
