There are no miracles. Damaged hair is damaged hair but usually the ends feel dried out and burned not like rubber. Just buy a good quality conditioner.

Deep-conditioning treatments. Also, if you blow-dry your hair or use a straight-iron, use a heat protection spray. I use Pantene Pro-V's and it works awesomely.It transformed my damaged hair.

BTW in the future, avoid bleach. It's the worst possible for your hair.
