Go into the wireless settings on your tablet and find a menu labeled APN , search through those settings for one labeled "proxy" and if any proxies of any kind are listed, delete them. It appears that it is attempting to connect through a proxy that doesn't exist. Alternatively if you have flashed any custom roms or the device needs updating attempt a factory restore, or update, and then try again.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
