Onions or charcoal! No kidding. Cut an onion in half and place in the pack and close it.
After a day or two, the odor will be gone, and your bag will smell like an onion. Not appealing? Then this one will solve the problem and leave your bag odor-free.
Put a shallow dish with a dozen or more charcoal briquettes inside the bag. Change the charcoal after 12 hours, and the smell should be absorbed within a few days. Just make sure that you don't use briquettes that have been treated with starter fluid.
Good luck! Sources: it worked for me! .
Baking soda The site has a lot of good tips for leather care. They suggest mixing a generous amount of baking soda with warm water. Use a cloth and dampen it...you do not want it to be very wet because water damages leather.
Rub the mixture into the leather and let is soak in. After some time remover the mixture with a damp cloth and let dry. Sources: rdleatheroutlet.com/site/963920/page/426179 .

Perhaps it was poor Spanish, compounded by a politically incorrect phrase book, that caused Tita to mangle her language when purchasing the backpack. Perhaps, then, the horrible odor was imposed by the seller as retribution to an unintended offense. Just a thought.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
