How do I get rid of cigarette smoke odor in my leather couch?

I bought a beautiful leather sofa at a garage sale and it has a slight odor of stale cigarette smoke. Is there any way to get rid of the odor? I have cleaned the leather and polished the wood frame.

Rent... go to a rental shop and rent a big honkin air ionizer or ozone generator. Put the couch and ionizer in a totally empty sealed room or garage or shed for 24 hours. That should do the trick.

Afterwards goop up the leather with leather cream as the ozone dries it out.
