I can only hear the sound coming out of my left earphone and not the right when it is plugged into my pc. I am using razer kraken pro neons.?

Well, a mouse or keyboard is always good, like something from Razer, and a headset can be really nice, too. Like you said, a Steam card is always good.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
