I changed the fuel pump filter distributor and the relay and now my 1992 honda won't start?

Next time, change just one thing at a time. Or are you saying it wouldn't start, so you replaced a bunch of parts and it still does not start? You can check for gas by loosening, carefully some joint near the injectors and seeing if there's plenty of fuel pressure and volume. You can check for spark by pulling off a spark-plug wire and checking for spark. Once you narrow it down to gas or spark, start tracing back until you find a place where there is gas or spark, or where there is a bad component-- gas is not hard to trace, the gas pump either whirrs or it doesn't, it's getting juice or it isn't, the fuel filter is clogged or it isn't.
