The only way (and adviceable one! ) is to go to a professional who will use chemicals to transform your hair back toit's normal color. However, the whole treatment of bleaching and restoration will leave your hair life-less-maybe beyond its previous condition.

Personally I would try and invest time and money in getting the previous condition back. But evey bleaching-hair-treatment will leave damage to your hair...If your hair is shoulder length I would have cut it off. If it is longer maybe try a shoulder-lenght cut and then have the rest of the damaged hair cut away after a while.It might be best to use a 'wash out' agent in future.

I also would go to a professional (in future) for a change in color as a effect of orange or yellow in light brown doesn't sound right--unless you didn't leave the color long enough or your natural hair color is darker.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
