If you failed 9th grade science, you can't be expected to do any better with 11th grade science. You must first look at WHY you failed 9th and 10th grade sciences. You not only need those credits for those classes but the course requirements they satisfied.
If you failed because you're a screw-off who wouldn't do the work, then you must decide to do the work (or not graduate. ) Conversely, if you have a problem with the whole listen-to-the-teacher-and-read-the-book concept, you might be a candidate for special education classes that would help you learn the required material. And before you scoff at being a special ed.
Student, know that my older brother was a special ed. Student . .. At 33.
S entire school life consisted of my idiot mom demanding of him, "Why can't you ________ like your older brother?! " (like he knew the reason?) Somehow, I inspired him to try again, he enrolls in Riverside Community College, they give him a bunch of tests, and then, "Well, Mr. Davis, you're dyslexic. " That which mom should have found out twenty-five years earlier but was too lazy to be bothered with attempting.
Long, inspiring story shortened, he who always got C's and D's in English graduates from University of Alaska, Fairbanks with a B.S.In Transportation Geography. Smart guy. Oh, and then he ended up teaching English in Thailand, all because he accepted the help that was available to enable him to learn.
Thus, to you , scoffer or student, what's it gonna be?.
2 I suggest reading a science book by Issac Asimov. He has a bunch of them, they are understandable even for me. I failed algebra, trigonometry, and barely passed chemistry.
I did graduate though. Then I went to a tech school where there were only two numbers, one and zero. I said to myself this is how numbers should be.
Went to another tech school where I actually liked algebra and trig. So you may have to take the classes more than once.

The second time through, the class may seem easier for you.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
