I FEED MY cat with pedigree dog food in can with real chicken meat, liver meat & etc..does it harm my cat health? pls. a?

Dog food doesn't have the proper nutrients for cats, That is why there is DOG food and CAT food. Dogs are omnivores Cats are carnivores, their nutritional needs are very different. PLEASE change over to cat food if you want your cat to thrive.

If you buy dog food, why not buy CAT food. You will ruin your cat's health by feeding it the wrong stuff. Take it from someone who is trying to keep her cat alive and healthy who has renal disease, through no fault of mine, just the age of the cat, but loved and looked after .

Dog food=for dogs/Cat food=for catsDog food does not contain enough protein or taurine for cats. Dogs scavenge, cats hunt. Different diets.

Please- if you care at all for your cat- give him/her cat food that's 1st ingredient is meat.
