Its OK as a treat, but cats nor kittens should have much of it as it is not a replacement for the nutrition they should be getting from cat food. If you are talking about using it as a feeding for a motherless kitten, then it is not safe as it doesn't have the nutrients the tiny ones need to grow and thrive.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
