Well if your order is with Amazon. Com, then there is a good chance that the account your order was placed on and the account you signed on with to check back are two different accounts. Sounds like you should probably contact Amazon.Com Customer Service for help with that question.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
