I had arthroscopic surgery on my knee on 21/11/08, and I still can't get my knee to lock. I can bend up to 90 degrees?

2 It may take some time, I know people that it took a year to get back to normal, Id check with your DR. Or Physical therapist, they may have a better handle, and experience for your question. Since most of us can tell you about our own experiences, its still better to ask a professional.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
