Print heads I have a D145 which is pretty much the same machine. When mine did that, I had to replace the print heads. You can order them from HP directly and install them yourself.It's not much harder than changing the print cartridges.

Before you do that though, make sure to run the maintenance programs to clean the print heads. Sometimes that's all it takes..

If you turned the printer off for too long, the ink dispenser could be blocked Once I had this same problem, I got a printer and I didn't use it for a long time (like 3 weeks) and I keep it off for all that time; it seems tha most printer get it ink dispenser blocked when they are not turned on for time to time. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
