I have 2 cats. One needs to be on a diet. Sisters, always have eaten together.

One needs diet food-other doesn't. Help These two cats are sisters and have grown up together. They want to eat together.

The overweight cat must be on a diet per vet's instruction. These two do not want to eat without the other. Is there a simple solution to this problem.

They do not want to eat if separated. Help me with an answer or suggestions. Thank you.

No way to separate them! I don't think you will have much luck trying to feed them two different types of food. Even if you give them two separate bowls, they will most likely sample each other's food.

Cats have a tendency to graze, that is, they eat a little bit and go away for awhile. Then come back later and eat some more. You know that if you leave the food bowls down, the dieting cat will be eating the regular food.

I would simply give them both the diet food at mealtime. If your second cat needs extra calories, give him some kitty treats throughout the day on the sly. Good luck!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
