Idk sorry, my friends guinea pig did this, and it turned out it was cuz she didn't have enough nourishment, idk if this is in your case though... sorry! Another thing is they might just be playing, that is how they play. Also, it could be a fight, if the guinea pig is swaying from side to side, and looks like the hair on its neck is raised, then separate them, cuz a fight might break out.
Yeah, they'll do that. The baby is probably fighting to the man or boss of the house, if you know what I mean. That happened to my guinea pigs only it was an adult male and female and they had two male babies.
One of the male bit the adult males ears. The best you can do is separate them or something.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
