She sounds fine - many Guinea Pigs are shy and are startled when they are picked up. Guinea pigs are usually sick if - They continuously stay in one spot, they sleep constantly, their heart beats too fast to the point of popping out their body, they cough blood, you can hear them wheezing when they breathe, they have crust in their eyes, hair loss, loss of balance, blood in pee. Also if they have diarrhea.
My girlfriend has two female guinea pigs - one wasn't eating, wouldn't move and threw up blood. (we think). Turned out she was just over hot - after placing a fan by the cage she was fine.
Any doubts see a vet. But I think she's okay.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
