Eating small amounts of wet food but not dry is a sign of a tooth problem or other infection in the mouth. 2nd most likely cause would be pain which could be anywhere. She needs to eat.
Horses are designed to have a constant intake of food. They can do permanent damage within hours of not having any food and their digestive tract can shut down within days of getting too little food. She will most definitely be dead by monday if you do not get her to eat.
Try soaking some pellets in warm water. Beet pulp would be great if you could get it since it has more fiber and is much healthier than most pelleted horse feeds. Alfalfa cubes could work.
Again all soaked in warm water. Add fruit juice to the water if she still won't eat the wet food. Offer it many times a day.
Also in case it is pain try to get some bute or other pain killer before then. Call the vet or another and see if they will give you something to make sure she isn't suffering.
I would say her teeth need to be floated, and the lack of desire to eat has caused a colic problem. Call your vet and tell him you need him now ,ASAP, Pronto, like SOS now. If it is a colic attack from not eating regulary due to the teeth, she won't make it til monday.
If you have any Bute Paste around, give her a 2 line twist and try feeding her apple juice soaked grains or hay. Check her feet also and see if she has an abcess or Laminitis setting into on of her legs by feeling for a hot spot. I hope she makes it and I hope its nothing to serious, but get your vet out there if you have to drag him out there.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
