I have a 99 Honda Accord coupe and the door is stuck shut how can I get the door open to take the panel off?

Fast click = bad battery or drained batt. Have alt inspected while at it. One single click = bad starter.

Or bad starter relay. Diagnose a bad relay first. IF the positive battery terminal has that powdery blueish/green powder you have a bad ground(fix it) could be few other things but that should get you started.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
