The mother needs to file a report on this guy or the daughter. Encourage her to report it. What kind of mother allows a man to molest her child & lets it go on.

Honestly the mother is as guilty as the molester. If the mom is charged she qualifies for legal aid if she lives in Canada & there is threat of jail on disclosure.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
