There is no agreed upon standard by just weight. If you have a larger body frame you BMI (Body Mass Index) might be lower then if you have a small body frame. Normally 18.5-25 is considered normal weight.
However the BMI leaves out muscle weight and as such is also inaccurate, if you have a lot more muscles you will be thinner and healthier but weigh more. If you have fewer muscles you will be thicker but weigh less... Normal range for BMI normal weight is between 45-60kg.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
