I have a Carl Zeiss 50mm 1.7 T Planar lens and I m looking for an aftermarket lens hood or vented hood.. Anyone know where I could fine one?

Most people don't take selfies with cameras for this very reason and get someone else to take photos for them from a bit further away. You'll still have problems with a wider angle lens because you're still close to the camera and you'll still be disproportionately large compared to the background. Sony make a 10-18mm zoom but it'll cost you over $800.

Alternatively there's the Sony 16mm that can be fitted with a wide angle converter that'll take it to 12mm.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
