More than any prescription drugs, the BEST thing you can do to decrease your risk of heart disease and dying of a heart attack is simply this: TAKE A FISH OIL SUPPLEMENT daily. AT LEAST 3000 MG combined EPA and DHA. Don't substitute Flax or other seed oils for fish oil.It's NOT the same.
The scientific medical research supports major heart benefits can be had from fish oil supplementation only. Make sure it's pure with no added vitamin A or D. Take vitamin supplements separately.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
