Leopard You should be able to run Leopard, the newest operating system on that machine. You just need to make sure that you have at least a G4 processor (not G3), 512mb of RAM, and 9gb of Hard Disk space. You can find out the processor speed and RAM by clicking the Apple in the upper left corner of your screen and choosing About This Mac.
If you don’t have that much, the previous version of the OS, Tiger only requires a G3 processor and 256mb of RAM. Just be aware that either system is not going to be very fast on a machine that old. Also you can’t buy Tiger in most stores anymore, as it is an older version of the operating system, but you may be able to find it used somewhere like eBay or Craigslist.com.
Just make sure you don’t buy a pirated version. Would be a shame to pay for it when it was just a downloaded copy.
Leopard is the latest... Mac OS X 10.5.1 (Leopard) is the newest one out right now. As with all new operating systems, there will be lots of fixes and updates to fix current issues, but they are free and fast and easy to get. You will want to get at least Mac OS 10.4.Here are the requirements for Leopard: General requirements Mac computer with an Intel, PowerPC G5, or PowerPC G4 (867MHz or faster) processor 512MB of memory DVD drive for installation 9GB of available disk space Some features require a compatible Internet service provider; fees may apply.

Tiger or Leopard According to Apple's website, your system is just fast enough for Leopard which is the latest release. Tiger, the previous version, may put a little less load on your system. I guess it comes down to whether there are any new features in Leopard that you really want.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
