I have a round face too, with chubby cheeks and I can tell you from experience, that very short hair worked the best for me. Though I have a slightly big nose, the haircut flattered my eyes and combined with discrete make-up, mascara, eyeliner and lip gloss, it looked very feminine indeed. If you want to keep your hair long, make sure it's cut in layers with the shortest one being at least shoulder length.
