I have an Indian friend ( the India Indian) who doesn't understand how offensive the "n" word is?

Yeah I do not get it either. Trying to justify one wrong with another wrong. It's not okay.

She basically stereotyped that blacks go around saying this all the time. I am black and offended by that insinuation. I do not say or accept myself being around those who say it.

It's amazing white people like her take what is said in rap music and on TV to turn it around and act like all us blacks do it. That's really insulting. I am actually a conservative as well.

As a black person I could stereotype white conservatives based on her comments. But I will not, because I know all white people aren't bigots like her.

Because some white folk just think that double standards have become tiresome. They have tired of having a different set of linguistic rules and behaviors. Some white folk just don't understand that black comics can make millions using the n word but they can't.

They don't understand why Jesse Jackson could call O the n word and get by with it. Some white folk don't understand that they can be called crackers and whiggers and it be acceptable. Some white folk still so stupid they think they got the same rights as minorities.

Your argument is the lamest one yet. But thanks for the laugh! I get you!

I do. You love a world with double standards. You love a world where you can break the rules and then justify it.

Do only fat people get to call people fat? Do only stupid people get to hurl the word retard around. BTW, no one is going to get mad at calling a marine a jar head.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
