Nope. The gift card balance cannot be moved.

BTW- you cannot "deregister an account". You can not use it, and it will go inactive, but you cannot deregister and then join your moms account.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
