The books that you buy & download from the Amazon. Com Kindle store, remain part of your user account for as long as Amazon. Com retains the rights to sell those particular titles.

Com Kindle store will allow you to buy Kindle content (because you don't have anyway to read the content, so why allow you to make a mistake in ordering content you can't consume). I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
