I think three things.!. ) you are not warming up and stetching enough, before you run 2.) you are pushing yourself too hard, too soon, and 3. ) you need better shoes.
Well this being you stareted a couple weeks ago it could be your legs and knees aren't use to it you might need to run at a slower pass if it continues I would see a dr.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
