It's an addiction to the chemical spill the orgasm produces. You can choose to remain addicted or do the work of quitting the addiction--likely cold turkey--like someone quitting tobacco addiction. I'm a little astonished at the male-centered responses that seem to think your frustration is a good thing.

I guess they think for them, it is. Essentially, you, , must determine how many OTHER things you want to be doing in your life because addictions (any of them) detract and subtract from that.

Dpd is on the money. Even the answer about toys goes the wrong way IMHO. In the same way that Narcissus' needs could never be satisfied with a bigger shinier mirror, "toys" is not the answer.

They might bring relief, but that can be said for any drug of choice for any addict. I can point the way, but sweetheart, you have to make the choice. Unless I'm reading more into this than you're saying, and there's not a great deal to go on, something very painful is driving you to this.It's your chosen drug of choice.

It's your favorite high and it keeps the dogs at bay...for a while. Am I wrong? If not you will need help in your journey if you are to survive it.

Secondly, find out what's driving this and grow through it. You'll need help for that. Qualified professional help.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
