Trust that God will get you through everything and provide everything you need.
Im with kooky fun chick and try taking long walks it clears the mind and helps with stress, get a dog they are so comforting they can walk with you.
Lots of people have cancer, infact 1 in 3 people have it, stay positive and fight. I know of many people who have recovered from cancer fully. It is Christmas, and may the Lord be with you.
I'm so sorry for your illness, my mother was diagnosed three years ago but has recovered well. She still worries about it now and though you don't want to let it consume your life, worrying is important at keeping it at bay. My mother researched the ideal diet for someone who has had cancer and now eats plenty of broccoli and raspberries and blueberries which contain antioxidants that are excellent at killing cancer cells and can help prevent it from returning.
The important thing is to be healthy: eat well and exercise and eat plenty of foods with antioxidants in them. Don't worry about worrying, because at the end of the day everyone worries about contracting some illnesses. I know it is easier to say than to do, but worrying is ok.
I hope I have helped and I hope you are well soon!
It's always going to be a concern, there's nothing abnormal about that. Anyone who has been through a catastrophic illness will tell you that your concern will never go away. As long as it doesn't begin to overwhelm your daily life and take over, then don't be overly worried about making it go away.
You will always worry. I always worry. I am a transplant recipient and it is ALWAYS there that every day could be the start of rejection.
I have learned to appreciate waking up and knowing that if I do, it's going to be a good day. The best you can do is take your life one day at a time, and make each day count in some small way.
Remove all of your breasts and then get implants. Easy treatment. But expensive.
The easiest way is to accept that it might kill you, but you aren't going to let that happen. Each time you start to worry, take a second or two and reaffirm that you are going to live your life to the fullest, keep on fighting, and whatever happens you are going to enjoy life either way.
Just like there are no guarantees that one will never get cancer there are no assurances that it will never return. In many people it never returns and in some when it does come back early detection is what saves lives. You have already beaten the beast once.
The best thing you can do is to continue to have regular check-ups. Early detection is the key. Additionally, the person who said to take long walks and get a dog is the best advice, though your oncologist may not have said it.
Have faith, stay strong, and I'll pray for you to be cured.
One day you will wake up and it won't be the first thing you think about and it gets better from there. Take it day by day.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
