The best way to know is have your OB-GYN set up a chart for you, however you can get an ovulation prediction kit from your local pharmacy and follow the directions to determine your ovulation. Another simple and free method you can try (once you are 100% comfortable with your cycle), check your mucus discharge each time you go to the bathroom starting after your period (this can start within a week). Once the mucus gets thicker (but not too thick) and almost translucent, to the point where you can stretch it into a "stringy" consistency, you can determine that this is the start of ovulation.
Once the mucus becomes very cloudy and thick, you're in the later part of ovulation.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
