I have not been convicted of felon i'm in a program I have to fine work can someone help me?

I only know of one place that gives ex inmates a chance at a job. That is the restaurant Steak-n-Shake. But you say you have NOT been convicted. So therefore, you should not have that problem, right?

Some people look for jobs by doing what I call "cherry-picking". That is applying for ONE or two places that you would LIKE to work at.... then waiting several weeks for them to call you. Using that method... YES... jobs are hard to find.

It's like FISHING. If you put out ONE hook you will be waiting a long time. Instead put out a HUNDRED hooks.

Go out there and make it your goal to put out ONE HUNDRED job applications in person. Fill out the application even if they say they are NOT HIRING... because they might need someone NEXT WEEK. Fill out the application even if it looks like work you CANT DO.

I filled out an application for a TREADMILL company once... even though I felt I was too old to walk on treadmills. I ended up getting the job! And guess what" I hardly EVER had to step foot on one!

I just had to FIX THEM. In other words... don't PREJUDGE any company... Don't say, "i cant work here because its too NOISY... or DUSTY... or I don't know that business....or WHATEVER. Don't be full of excuses.

Just put out application after application. If one hundred doesn't do it... put out TWO hundred!

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
