When you take a bath, add a cup of oatmeal wrapped in cheesecloth. Wrapped in several layers of cheesecloth, the starch enters the water; but, the oatmeal doesn't. There is something incredibly soothing about oatmeal starch for itchy skin.
There is a plan called never-die plant. I don't know if you have it in america. But if you can lay your hands on it, boil it and use the water to bath.

Try vegetable based glycerin....it is amazingly soothing to the skin and has a way of restoring natural moisture without oiliness. The moisture may reduce the itching. You can find it at the health stores...let me know if it works for you....
The best tested remedy is apply alum on the area that is itchy as ,the application would kill the bacteria or fungus that is creating itchy sensation and then apply Castor oil or coconut oil mixed with camphor to make the skin supple and soft . IN SOME DAYS YOU WILL SEE THE CONDITION IMPROVING AMAZINGLY. YOU MAY READ THIS IF HELPS YOU.
The itchy skin may be a symptom of something else, so try to find out what is causing the symptoms.
For instance there is a liver disease that causes itchy skin symptoms, or some form of allergy or intolerance. Lactose intolerance gives rise to itchy skin symptoms.
Just treating the symptom without trying to determine the underlying cause is just a short term palliative solution.
Consult your doctor or dermatologist (assuming of course that you have not already done so).
Try Cortizone 10 cream. I believe it's 2% cortizone.
Try yeast infection medication in case it's a fungal problem. (You can use that stuff for many, many things. ).
Stop using the soap you're currently using and try one that's organic.
Same thing with your shampoo and conditioner.
Wash your clothes and bedding in an organic detergent.
Why not try to wrap your body with cucumber sheet. Our unique machine can slice cucumber horizontally. One cucumber can have about 1m to 1.5 m of continuous cucumber sheet.
Enough to wrap your body. It might help to alleviate the itchiness.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
