I love all of the lotions mentioned in other posts, however my mom has a severe dryness and these products will only temporarily relieve her symptoms. She has found that pure shea butter blended with her synthetic moisturizers really work. Again, she has chronic dryness due to allergies and lupus meds, so the synthetics don't work.

She swears by the shea butter. I personally can use eucerine or curel and they both work great for me.100% pure shea butter is quite cheap, however it does have to be prepared, but done right it may give you some relief.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
