I just boght a Smith & Weston 22. for my first gun. Okay for self defense?

Shooting an unconscious person is murder, you can't go get a other gun unload into a guy and it not be murder.

I don't think it was premeditated with forethought and knowledge. He reacted to a situation that was thrust upon him by the crooks. Now once the man was down and no longer a threat he should have called for the police and that can not be denied.

So 2nd degree murder I could understand, but not first degree, as making the second shot while the man was on the ground was a follow up action after the adrenalain was already flowing.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
