There are not two types of sheet music, there is sheet music, and then there is tablature. That's the point of tabs. You do not *need* to know either one, but most serious musicians can read actual music.
Some don't. Up to you.
You really need to know both. Tablature will show you the fingering for a piece of music and actual traditional written sheet music shows you the time signature, note values, nuances, etc. It is not that difficult to learn. I learned when I was 9 yrs old in school (I was not in band, just a regular music class).
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
