I just had my hair colored. Is it safe for me to swim in a pool with chlorine?

The chlorine can effect your new hair color. No worries, I have a few tips. You can play it safe and pull all of your hair up in a ponytail and not swim under water.

If you really want to swim you will need to completely wet your hair and apply conditioner. Our hair is like a sponge. With the hair being wet and coated with conditioner, there is very little room for chlorine to be soaked into the hair.

If your hair dries during the day and you want to go back in the pool, simply repeat. You can also wet the hair, condition and then braid the hair. Hope this helps!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
