I need some help finding a diet / exercises plan that is specifically for morbidly obese women. Can you help me? I have an almost nonexistent metabolism.

Iv dieted my entire life. Jenny Craig, no crabs, cabbage soup, grapefruit, south beach, slimfast, you name it iv taken/drank/cut back it all. I was born in a small town in California 10 pounds 11 ounces.

I was an average weighted child until some traumatic issues began and I started turning to food as a way to sooth my pain. Now I know I weigh around 390 pounds. I live on a day to day basis with constant pain in my legs hips and back.

I was diagnosed as a teen with shortened tendons witch doesn't allow me to run properly. And a little over a year ago I was in a bad car accident that has left me with burning sharp pain in my left hip when I use it too much. I also just don't have any energy.To top it all off I don't make enough money to afford the healthy foods I need to change my eating habits.
