What I have found to be helpful when I'm in that situation with my children is to STOP, THINK, CHOOSE THE RIGHT OPTION ON HOW TO DEAL WITH THE CHILD APPROPRIATELY, AND PROCEED WITH THE RIGHT OPTION. We can always remind our children that when we tell them to do something or give them advice on not to do something that it's for their own benefit and that we tell out of care and concern. If it's at the point to were it's getting intense, I would separate myself until we both calm down and choose a great time to speak with them when their more ready to hear.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
