I need to contact Amazon about not getting free shipping on an order placed 7 hours ago. I was distracted at checkout where it said "check out here for free shipping. " That made me think it would be taken care of.

I qualified for free shipping and was charged almost $8.00 shipping. I was really gypped and want to ask them to refund it. I cannot find (lots of looking) a contact number of any sort.In the past I was able to inquire about a special problem.
