I need to login as Administrator to install software at work but nobody knows the passwords?

You can use live cd OS for example ophcrack and run system from cd before your system will start from hd. To do this you must change setting in Bios - first boot - cd. OS from cd will start you will be able to add new admin account to your system (locally, but it is enought to install new softs).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
