I need to make a decision in the next couple year about whether or not I want to have kids, but I have spent approx. five hours with "kids"?

There was a time in the U.S. when spanked and punished meant the same thing. If you told your friends you got punished for breaking curfew they just assumed you got a spanking. Now there's a lot more variety to child rearing methods in the U.S. that vary greatly.

But basically when you come down to it there are only two kinds of punishment, either you are going to give a child something they don't want (like a spanking, scolding) or take something away from them that they do want (like a late curfew or money).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
