No, however I do not reccomend mailing that much cash. You'd be better off to send a check or money order, or use a service such as western union or paypal to send funds. Putting actual cash in an envelope has no guarantee of making it to your friend.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
