I opend up my xbox 360 and now it seems the disk drive isnt getting any power?

Sounds like you forgot to plug it back into the mains ;).

Yes the two cables are connected I have unpluged and pluged them back in about 5 times.

The Disk Drives Connection to the motherboard is either loose or not connected. Also check to insure that both connections the Power connection and Cable connection from the motherboard to the DVD ROM Drive are connected. If both are connected and it still not working let me know and we'll take it from there.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
