First you must consider what light works and turbo have told you, they have made valid points, then talk with the utilities public liaison's office and see what they have to say , meet with them in person, not over the phone, this way you can ask for documentation to back up anything the may say to you that would be provable in writing, if you can not resolve this issue or get satisfactory answers, your next step is to write the state communications or public utilities commission in the state you live in and explain your position, and that you are seeking answers to the cost of damage and or upkeep of your property, be polite , as lightworks says; they are human, they are just doing their job, and you may need their help, and if they can't help you, it is most likely that they don't have the resources to help you, its not that they do not want to help, that will be the case with about 99% of all the folks you talk to, so be respectful even though you are annoyed and with good cause. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
