1 A chiropractor who also does muscles helped me...he grabbed it and massaged it...did trigger points and it got well in a few days. All I did was walk in high heel shoes on a cold day...my thyroid affected this. Best wishes.
2 as the joke goes: "stop doing that"whether it is a hamstring or not, by continuing to do stuff that hurts it, you are continually re-injuring it, and preventing healing, and may ultimately cause yourself a permanent disability. At risk of sounding like a broken record, if taking time off does not show improvement within a few days, see a doctor; and don't risk aggravating the injury until it is fully healed.
If not, I recommend that, because you may have something else going on.
"im still trying to do stuff in baseball" And that would be why it's not healing. When you hurt a muscle, one favors other body parts to take some of the weight and work off that muscle. This is yet more important with a tendon or ligament.
You should have been on crutches for the past month.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
