I really need help finding the title of a book I can't remember, can anybody help?

From what I read in the Amazon "look inside", the main character, always reads when she walks, she has 3 sisters and her father is insane. She finds one of his old sorcery books and tries one of the spells which has something to do with a candle and some dust on the table. Strange men have been coming to the house but her mother keeps turning them away.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
