I recieved a speeding ticket with a wrong name and eye color by the officer, can I get out of this?

Most police have camera's that validate your vehicle. If you don't pay it, do you think when they kick out a bench warrant, would you be arrested? Usually the name is verified before it is logged into the computer for the court system.

Its up to you, the only thing is your integrity. You can pay the fine and know you did the right thing, no matter how off your name was spelled. If we as humans have no honor, we are no better off than animals.
