It's possible you're getting too much sleep - as in more than your body needs. 8 hours is the recommended number of hours, so you might try adjusting the time you go to bed, or get up (that's what alarm clocks are for! ) and see how you feel after getting 8 hours - and if that doesn't work, try 7.
Not everyone needs 8 hours - some people get by on less - eventually, you'll hit a number where you wake up refreshed and not tired.
If you are not exercising much, try doing more exercise, but not within a couple of hours of bedtime. I think this will help you feel better overall and you may wake up feeling good. Good luck.
See your doctor asap. There is a host of things that prevent you from awaking refreshed. .. .
Thyroid problems - etc .
Just a guess, you may be eating too much later at night. (it's best to stop eating 3 to 4 hours before you hit the hay. You could also try eating more whole foods, or foods that aren't packaged and processed throughout the day.
